Refund policy

Refunds will gladely be handled if:
1 - We are contacted within 14 days of any defect
2 - Item is shipped back to us within 30 days
3 - All reviews for returned item are removed
4 - Refunds will be given when the returned item is received

Refunds will not be given on custom personalized products unless there is a defect in the product.
